It’s time to celebrate the season! Hazelbrook Middle School is hosting our annual Fall Festival on Friday, November 13, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the HMS Gym & Commons.

To make this event a success for our students and community, we need your help! We are looking for energetic student and adult volunteers to assist with setup, activity stations, and cleanup.

Volunteer Event Details

Event Date: Friday, November 13, 2026

Event Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Volunteer Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: Hazelbrook Middle School (Gym & Commons)

Check-In: Main Office (Please sign in and collect your volunteer sticker upon arrival)

Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your shift for quick orientation and shift handoff.

Attire: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Deadline to Sign Up: Monday, November 9, 2026 (however, we will never turn down helpers if they are still interested :))

Multiple shifts are welcome! Feel free to leave open slots between shifts if you'd like a break to enjoy the festival.

4:30 PM – 5:05 PM (Openers): 10 volunteers needed

5:00 PM – 5:35 PM: 24 volunteers needed

5:30 PM – 6:05 PM: 24 volunteers needed
6:00 PM – 6:35 PM: 24 volunteers needed

6:30 PM – 7:05 PM: 24 volunteers needed

7:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Closers): 10 volunteers needed

Adult Volunteer Shifts

Multiple shifts are welcome! Feel free to space out your shift choices to enjoy the festivities in between.

4:00 PM – 5:10 PM (Openers): 5 volunteers needed + 1 Costco Runner

5:00 PM – 6:10 PM: 12 volunteers needed

6:00 PM – 7:10 PM: 12 volunteers needed

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Closers): 5 volunteers needed
