Designs must be an original (not AI) and can be hand- or computer-drawn
Designs must reflect our school and be school-appropriate

October PSO Meeting
Join us on the first Monday of each month from 6:00–7:00 PM for our Hazelbrook PSO meetings! These gatherings are a great way to stay informed, get involved, and help shape the school experience for all HMS students.

Chipotle Fundraiser
Mark your calendar for Thursday, September 18th from 4–8 PM and help raise funds for Hazelbrook Middle School PSO just by eating dinner!
25% of event sales will be donated back to HMS PSO when you order from the Tigard Chipotle (16200 SW Pacific Hwy Ste J1) and show the flyer or use the online code.

We’ll share quick updates on fall events, volunteer opportunities, and ways you can support our students and staff this season. All parents/guardians welcome—come say hi and get plugged in!

HMS Jump Start
Student and families will have the opportunity to:
Pre-order their 25-26 yearbook- $30
Request a locker, get a combination, and personalize their space
Lockers are not required, but students are welcome to get an individual or shared locker if they choose.
Drop-off donated supplies (All donations are optional and at the family’s discretion)
$30 donation for student recognition and activities
1+ reams of white printer paper
1+ reams of graphing paper
1+ box of tissues

Black Sharpie markers

Jump Start will be held at Hazelbrook from 5:00-7:00 pm on August 27th, 2025. In an effort to ensure we have adequate parking and space, we ask that students with the last names starting A-L attend between 5:00-6:00pm and students K-Z attend 6:00-7:00 pm. If you’re unable to attend at your designated time, please feel free to attend the event at your convenience. This is a drop-in style event, so come and go as you please.
